Warranty & Returns

If you are the original purchaser of a new Kennedy product, then you are entitled to a limited LIFETIME warranty on that product. The limited LIFETIME warranty extends only to the repair or replacement of parts found upon Kennedy’s examination to be defective in the material or workmanship of the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover products that are damaged through any misuse, accidental mishandling, neglect, modification or by means of normal wear and tear. The condition of this limited LIFETIME warranty covers parts only, not labor and only applies to the original purchaser of that product. Kennedy is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may arise out of the purchase or use of any Kennedy product; and Kennedy’s liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to replacement of the defective part or parts as described above.

RETURNED GOODS

New products in original cartons, approved for return by your Kennedy Representative, must be shipped prepaid to the factory or destination provided by your Kennedy Representative. Goods returned freight collect will be refused, or if accepted, the freight charges will be deducted from the credit allowance. Credit for approved returns will be issued for the original invoice price, and subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom product and special paint colors are not eligible for returns. Stainless Steel product is non-returnable goods.  All product is non-returnable 6 months from purchase date.

SHORTAGE OR DAMAGED CLAIMS

  • Note any discrepancy or damage on the carrier’s freight bill at the time of delivery
  • Notify at once the delivering carrier and file the claim promptly within 24 hours
  • All shipments are 100% inspected and counted before leaving Kennedy’s facility, any shortages must be reported within one business day after receipt
